i found him at the atm
This picture was found last year (2007) at an ATM in Flint Hall, Syracuse University. Since the discovery of this photo, a small group of people have become “obsessed” with the image. This photo has been duplicated and now exists as many stickers, a few 5x7’s, and even a large poster (it’s framed of course). He’s been named “Chewy”, with his full name guessed to be “Chewy Montenegro”. If you have any information relating to this man’s true identity, your assistance would be greatly appreciated. The more people that are exposed to this group, the better a chance we have of finding him. I’ll post clues and new information as it becomes available. Just remember, keep sending. You never know, the next person you send it to might message you saying, “Hey man, that’s my Dad!” If your tip leads to the identification or capture of Chewy, you will be handsomely rewarded.

“I think I had this guy as my calculus teacher while I was an undergrad at SU. He wore a Batman shirt and work boots to class everyday. From what I could find out, his name is Dale Struble, though I couldn’t find a pic of him on the internet. Hope this will help.”
